These images, taken from a series of studio work, explore the idea of the model brewer conceptually and visually. The ancient art of brewing still has as a central core of it's process the attempt to maintain an accurately consistent and similar brew in spite of the many variables involved in the process. The brewery staff themselves are a varied team of very different individuals. The fluorescent jacket is everywhere.
