Warner Road offered a large white building which faced the Crawford Estate. This projection could be seen from quite a distance and the busy Rose and Thistle public house on the corner offered a projection site as well as support and supplies of refreshments. As an artist I found this community difficult to engage at first but they warmed to me and the work and were very supportive as the project developed giving us some great moments outside on the warm summer nights sharing stories of the area, its history and residents.
